The perennial boarder surrounds The Easy Access Garden, featuring dozens of cold-hardy perennials for sun and shade. Started in 2005 by Bill Decker, the Perennial Border is built with urbanite (old concrete rubble). MG Volunteer Betty Ison designed, planted and maintained the garden, including the establishment of the beds directly east of The Easy Access Garden until 2022. Tasha King now oversees the Perennial Border maintenance and planting.
