After a hiatus of several months we’re happy to announce that we are now returning to the business of testing soil. After careful research and evaluation of several soil testing products we are changing up our testing just a bit! We will be testing for pH, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. These are the key tests for the home gardener.

Along with the results, you will receive links to several great OSU publications on Nutrient Management for Successful Vegetable Crops, Blueberries, Hazelnuts and several others that we’re still looking into. The soil test cost will be $15 for the general public. So dig up a sample and drop it by the Extension Office and we’ll test it for you!

See our Soil Testing page for more information.
